+3I would like to express a special thank you to your company for making it possible, at the very last minute and after many hours of driving, for us to visit Balos! It had always been a dream of ours to see this breathtaking place. The quad rental company next door refused to let us go because they considered it too late in the day. Despite the time, your manager did everything she could to make sure we could still make the trip, and thanks to her, we were able to enjoy this unforgettable experience. We were also given bottles of water and even an ice cream when we returned and the team was still waiting for us ! Everyone was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure we didn't miss this amazing experience, especially since we were flying home the next day. Thank you so much once again!
